Cancellation Policy
A 50% cancelation fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancelations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
A 9 minute grace period is provided and appointments are forfeited and charged a 50% cancelation fee after the grace period. Please be courteous of the appointment after yours.
DECLINED CARDS: If the card on file declines when being charged a cancelation/"no-show" fee, you will be notified and have 24 hours to pay through another payment method. If payment is not received then you can no longer rebook an appointment.
